Privé Aero ("Privé Aero", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking, and we are committed to preventing them in our own operations and in our supply chain. This statement applies to all directors, employees and third parties acting for or on our behalf.
1. Our Commitment
We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, bonded or child labour, or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We expect everyone who works with us, including our suppliers and partners, to share this commitment.
2. Scope
This statement covers our activities as an aviation services company sourcing and supplying parts and coordinating related services internationally. It applies to our staff and to the suppliers, agents and partners we work with.
3. What We Mean by Modern Slavery
Modern slavery is the illegal exploitation of people for personal or commercial gain. It includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage, child labour and human trafficking. It deprives people of their freedom and dignity, and it has no place in our business.
4. Our Supply Chain and Due Diligence
We take a risk based approach to understanding and managing modern slavery risk in our supply chain. Depending on the risk, we may seek assurances from suppliers, include appropriate obligations in our agreements, and expect suppliers to comply with applicable laws and with standards consistent with this statement. We reserve the right to review or audit suppliers where circumstances warrant.
5. Responsibilities
Everyone working for or with us is responsible for helping to prevent, identify and report modern slavery. Management is responsible for ensuring that those under their control understand and comply with this statement and that appropriate steps are taken to manage risk.
6. Raising Concerns
If you suspect that modern slavery or human trafficking is occurring in any part of our business or supply chain, report it as soon as possible to sales@priveaero.com. Concerns raised in good faith are treated seriously and confidentially, and we will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who reports a genuine concern.
7. Consequences of Breach
Where we identify modern slavery connected with our business or supply chain, we will seek to address it, which may include remediation, further due diligence or ending the relationship. Employees who breach this statement may face disciplinary action.
8. Review
We review this statement regularly and update it as needed to keep it effective. Questions can be sent to sales@priveaero.com.
